Information you provide
The workspace uses your sign-in account and display name, company and website profile. Agency forms collect information you choose to send. Public URL scans process the URL you enter and returned page content.
How information is used
Profiles support your private workspace. Enquiries let the agency respond. Scan inputs produce the report you see. Reports do not establish indexing or AI recommendations.
Connections and sessions
Visibility integrations are not connected yet. Future connections require separate permission and an updated notice. Authentication uses session storage on your device. Hosting and sign-in providers process information needed to operate the site and apply their own policies.
Deletion and requests
Account settings lets you permanently delete your sign-in account and profile. This does not delete external provider accounts or agency enquiries previously sent. Contact us about enquiry information.
Optional analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures visits to public pages using analytics cookies. It stays off until you accept, and you can change your choice through Cookie settings. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled. We do not send form contents, scanned URLs, query parameters or private account page views. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy policies.
